// Battle Vision Network

Battle Vision Network is an online PvP puzzle-battler.

The basis of the gameplay is colour-matching. The twist comes in via the application of unique units with distinct effects, and getting different effects based on how you match your units.

From the clips they’ve shared on social media, Capybara Games are putting a lot of innovative, new ideas into the genre so it stands out in a PvP setting.

They advertise 5 minute long matches. Super easy to jump in and out.

Battle Vision Network will be a live game. On that Capy says:

BVN is a live game with new seasonal twists, characters, rankings and challenges. Teams spend a season vying for the Champion title–and the player community decides who takes the crown! Win a match with the Rag Tags? That win shapes the stats, outcome, and narrative events of the season for everyone.

The style, as is plainly obvious by the screenshots and animation, is off the charts. It’s crisp, colourful, and satisfying.

// Who is Making Battle Vision Network?

It’s being developed by Capybara Games in Toronto, Ontario. Yes, their logo is as adorable as it sounds.

They’ve been at work since 2003, and they have a solid portfolio of games to show for it. You most likely know them from Grindstone or Super Time Force Ultra.

// When and Where can I Play Battle Vision Network?

Battle Vision Network is planned for release on this year on both PC and Netflix. I’ll definitely be climbing the intergalactic ranks when Battle Vision Network releases.
